If more than 20% of the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion or decline the request with an explanation.
2.2 Structured Programs and Challenges
For multi-week programs and challenges, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment if you have not started the program (defined as accessing Week 1 materials or completing any program activity). After 7 days or after beginning the program, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be partial, reflecting the portion of the program already delivered.
2.3 Consulting and Personalized Plans
For one-on-one consulting sessions and personalized educational plan services:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund of the session fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may forfeit the session fee unless rescheduling is agreed upon.
- If we cancel or reschedule a session, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- For multi-session consulting packages, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested within 14 days of purchase and before the second session occurs.
2.4 Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Products or services purchased more than 30 days ago
